Steps to Ownership:
There are only 40 beachfront villa residences available for purchase. Steps to ownership are as follows:
- 20% deposit upon signing contract.
- 20% payment within 60 – 90 days after signing contract.
- Balance upon obtaining certificate of occupancy.
- Pricing starts at $3,999,500 for a two-bedroom, oceanfront villa.
- All Exclusive Member Features included (please see Exclusive Member Features page).
- Annual HOA Fees, depending on number of bedrooms are applicable to each villa and will be recouped back to villa owner during November & December rentals.
- If all units are sold out, you can be placed on a waiting list if one becomes available.
- After the second payment, the funds are non-refundable unless sale is transferred to another qualified buyer.
- There is a 50/50 revenue share (owner/resort) on villa rentals to 3rd parties. Villas will be marketed and placed into "Global Brand" Reservation System and other potential participating reservation systems to be equally rotated for rental - based upon the number of bedrooms requested at booking; that being your peer group. Owners may elect not to take advantage of the rental income program, or may remove their villa from the international reservation system from time to time.
